i booked two rooms with a free cancellation policy, but i still haven't received my money back after 6 months. i will have to proceed with legal action

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had many choices on the menu. Breakfast had many items. I also used the spa for a scrub, foam, and massage. i felt good after.
The beach was much farther than advertised. The shuttle bus ride took 45 minutes instead of 10. This was very time WASTING.

The room featured modern amenities and a jacuzzi. There were two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, i appreciated the extra space, especially after a long day. The linens were fresh and the room was super clean.

I was impressed by the king beautiful room jacuzzi. the balcony included a swing, pizza oven, and microwave oven. staff were great. Their hospitality was really really good. i especially loved that my room was upgraded free of charge.

the hotel enjoys a convenient location, and it seemed to be in a local part of town. it is relatively close to the airport. it's proximity to the sea made it really enjoyable. it is in the city center.
